If you get a USB WiFI adapter for your PC, you can use that as a hotspot. Make sure you set a strong password so nobody else can connect to it.

Alternately, you could install something like Plex and see if that can get through the school's network to the Internet. If it can, you can use its remote access to stream your content from your PC to your phone just about anywhere.

Aim for some part time jobs and buy one on your own, it's not expensive at all. Besides, I think your parents will be so proud of you.

    4 steps

    1. make sure you have your ram plugged in the right slot, you can check the motherboard manual, so my board is only the 2th and 4th are ddr4 avaliable.

    2. upgrade bios to the latest

    3. trim your voltage a bit down to 1.2V-1.3V might help, i mean, we need to try, because technically it's 1.2-1.4V, but we just don't know.

    4. bring up your rma serial number to the webcat of ASUS to see if they can help https://icr-am.asus.com/webchat/icr.html?rootTreeId=AM.US.EN-US&treeId=AM.US.EN-US&tenantId=EN-US&_ga=2.34043041.1634474171.1565965283-1707023861.1565965283

No offend, but why you spend $100 just for a case? I don't understand. As I can see for now, you are not aiming for water-cooling right? So no need for solid protection.

https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16811353170 $30 only, you can also search for other options.

Use saved money for upgrading other hardware, like maybe rtx 2060 super or even just buy yourself a large domino pizza, which would be much more worthy, as far as I am concerned.

I mean, hell yeah, I can even use a shoe box as a case.
