  1. If you are messing with the AI, you want more VRAM.
  2. GTX 1650 Super - RTX 3050, anything with more performance may be a waste in the newer games because that 4 core 4 thread i5 7400 will fall on its face.
  3. This is weird, you pretty much tried a boat load of things. The CPU and Motherboard are left and are the things that were changed before all these problems happened.
  4. That rules that out then. Try reinstalling each game if you have not tried that. I had to reinstall a few games when I did a platform change in the past to get them to work.
  5. I can build a better system for $600. Even my build is passible for not that much more. https://linustechtips.com/topic/1142393-yay-am4-keeps-on-giving/?tab=comments#comment-13191143
  6. Check the firmware version on this drive. https://www.tomshardware.com/news/samsung-980-pro-ssd-failures-firmware-update If you have the firmware version in the article, don't bother trying to save the drive, it's too late now. Just get a new drive and clone the old one or just transfer the files over if you can.
  7. As long as you have good temps, you should be fine. You could do some PBO overclocking for a little bit more cpu performance, that would be up to you. Another display for multitasking would be a nice to have.
  8. You have a really good system, what do you want to optimize for?
  9. Enjoy it, it should be pretty op for awhile.
  10. To point out another thing, the exhaust fan is facing the wrong direction.
  11. Why the eff is your graphics card in the bottom slot? You ram dos not look like it is seated right. And it looks like you are using a pcie 6+2 connector for your cpu power.
  12. Everything is so power hungry and overpriced now, both AMD and Nvidia know exactly what they are doing, but not enough sheep have woken up to make a good difference. Everything is overhyped and the benchmarks are designed to make the older stuff look useless. Dlss and frame regurgitation should not be the major selling points. Ray tracing seems to be bs or a lazy hack sometimes, no really, checkout Minecraft with rtx and with shader packs. Yes the tracing of light rays look good, but so does the shader mods which is something that can be used on a weaker gpu. New games should be better optimized, but good optimization does not sell new GPU's. Oops! I spilled the beans. Think about that
  13. What games are you playing? What GPU do you have? How much RAM do you have and what speed? Really, the i7 10700 is still a really good CPU with 8 cores and 16 threads. If you are doing anything that more cpu power will greatly help in is understandable, but general gaming at full HD should not be a problem, even at higher resolutions as long it does drastically bottleneck the GPU.
  14. Possible, yes. For now put a frame rate cap of 60 - 100 and don't worry about the utilization of both gpu and cpu. GTA V hits the engine limits at around 140fps I think, then it stutters and stuff. So even after you do a cpu upgrade in the future, don't worry about it.
  15. I recommend a CPU upgrade first as well as some others say. Also, 4k60 at max settings may still be unreasonable for some modern AAA titles.
  16. The rpm signal only needs to come from one fan, It's normal.
