    Also, you could downgrade the monitor to a 1440P 75 hz (non-IPS) or something along those lines (and a 2060 super with it). You could cheap out on the case (if you don’t mind aesthetics). And your cooler can be less aggressive if you don’t mind overclocking.
     
    This way you could save $100+

    If I understand you right, you want to make a more powerful PC by turning your two PCs into a virtual PC. That's not how it works, so the answer is no.
