  1. Who remembers me?

  2. probobly, my se is barely any slower than my ipad pro 2018
  3. So I have has an iPhone 5s for a while. It runs IOS 12.3.1 and I recently turned it on after not using it for a while and its been slower than expected (I have and iPhone SE and an ipad pro 2018 for reference). I even did a restore and moved my data back on. It also runs very hot alot of the time. Could replacing the battery fix this?
  4. Yea it messes up like once or twice a month for him. It’s much more expensive because with a Mac you’re paying for the operating system, design, display, and overall experience.
  5. It's not as bad as it used to be. Also it's expensive for reasons, its up to you whether its worth it or not. My friend has one and loves it. He doesn't have too many keyboard problems.
  6. Hey bud I think I found the issue. Run steam vr, in your library click on game on the right side of the search bar, go down a bit and click on vr. You should see an application called room setup If you need anymore help lmk.
  7. I mean if you don't mind using a Windows machine you're right about it being a much better deal.
  8. Me too. I like tha lab though. I also got some more vr games.
  9. Glad that AMD is finally being competitive. When Nvidia and Intel are the default choice, the only thing competitors can do is give a better value.
  10. Ah yes, I too have the same issue.
  11. https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-mac/macbook-pro/15-inch-space-gray-2.3ghz-8-core-processor-with-turbo-boost-up-to-4.8ghz-512gb# I would recommend this machine. It is very powerful, has a great display and design, and actually has a decent operating system. This will handle your more intensive tasks instead of having to go to the lab.
  12. iPhone 7 plus is a great option. Should last another 2 years or more.

  14. Yes plain and simple. I use mine as a daily driver. I bought it off of eBay September 2018 for 140 dollars, 64 GB model. Even came with a new battery. It's very small compared to new phones but performance it not much worse despite being so old. Also it's getting IOS 13 and possible IOS 14 so thats a year or two more of support.
  15. My old 5s is getting 6 years :). The thing I like about ios is that it just works plain and simple. Never had great experiences with Android. All mine have shat themselves after a year and a half or less.
  16. Since this was from the beginning, battery replacement maybe?
  17. No she wants a laptop. She already has a desktop. She specifically wanted a Windows laptop since thats what she knows. (Shes very good with technology for someone her age)
  18. Keep in mind that she is looking for a Windows based laptop. My requirements is that it needs to have an SSD at least 128 gb, i3 or better cpu, 6gb or more ram with at least a 14 inch display. Preferably 1080p but this is not a requirement. Can anyone recommend me a model under 500 dollars?
  19. That would be great. Also a thicker iPad as my 2018 iPad pro feels like it'll snap in half easy. Also a bigger homepod. I love mine but I think bigger would be cool as it just sits on a shelf.
  20. So I just bought a homepod at Bestbuy but I might return it. Haven't decided yet. I didn't even think about powered speakers.
