Get a GTX 1050 (1050ti if you can spare a dime brother (old song reference)) and spend the rest of the money on 4 GBs of RAM ddr3 use day on eBay for around 20 dollars and spend the ready on a ssd ona sale (around 250/500). I swear, a SSD is awesome plus you can use the HDD for games only and ssd for general use.

Same man, I was bored in 2017 with my Xbox 360 (I know, it’s a whole other story) and the desktop PC had a i5-3300s which was crap, then I discovered PCMR, then I bought a 1050ti in August 2018 (after crypto prices) then I thought I broke it, then I tried to put it in again, then it worked! Nov 2018. Now I happily do emulation of Wii U and play mostly Smash 4, MK8, BOTW, NBA 2k19, and TF2. Edit: Lebron > Kobe tho they are all awesome

True, but nowadays the Apple advantage is less, with Windows 10 becoming better that the trash fire that was Windows 8, Linux coming 70 percent there to being a real compettoir, Android reaching feature-parity with iOS. If you look from a money perspective, Apple ain’t the best no more (though MacOS is still the best OS IMO cause *UNIX*).
