    My answer can be a possible problem. Of course there are more problems, It can be drivers, Software, Bottlenecking, etc. So don't just say that your case is the only case. There are a lot of problems that cause the same thing. It also depends on which game it is.

    For some reason, Many servers tend to use Integrated Graphics, unless it has an Intel Zeon Processor. And Windows Server 2019 is still buggy, The fact its released a few months ago.

    Could have a chance some other apps is slowing you down. Disable some apps and try not to use WiFi. Also, have you tried to lower the settings. It sometimes makes a lot of increase in performance.

    I go with TP-LINK routers. It's my favorite. Thou I'm not sure if it supports the cable TV box.

    If I am correct, what you are trying to say is that the .exe file used to install drivers does not support servers, wherein you need to install it manually via device manager and looking for the .inf file

    Tried using your Integrated Graphics. Remove the GPU then try installing the driver. works in rare cases

    Try searching google, tons of info. Ill be gone for an hour or so. Ill be back.

    Maybe its the wrong driver. Instead of searching gtx 1050 drivers, try searching evga gtx 1050 drivers. Other companies probably has its own drivers like asus so that they squeeze every performance out of it.

    Try restarting your PC, then install it.

    Ok. You can download the drivers manually via the website then install it on Device Manager. Edit: If you don't know how you can always search google or youtube
