  2. I want to install linux to my laptop with a usb drive. My laptop does not have a type a port so I am getting a type c to type a adapter. Am I able to boot from that usb drive when I have the adapter? I do not want to get the adapter then not have it work
  3. There are 2 types of the issue. 1.) Type is that there are black screens every once in a while like once ever few minutes. 2.) The image I have below is showing that happened while watching twitch. The audio glitched out and cut out. There was no BSOD following the image. It did not restart itself automatically like BSODS Specs are below Things I have tried I have turned off everything that might potentially caused the problem as the problems have been occurring before I have updated graphics drivers. I have turned off enhanced sync, freesync, tried changing the refresh rates. DDU'd drivers and reinstalled all new drivers. Even new chipset drivers. I have made sure that nothing is overclocked to the point of stability. Again, the black screens started happening randomly without any updating of drivers or windows. I have tried the most recent version of radeon software. I do not remember the version specifically. I can't have this issue go on any longer because I rely on this computer to go to school
  4. after updating windows and upgrading drivers after updating the windows for the very last time, suddenly heapdhones shows up different to my speakers and I could finally use my stuff without unplugging anything.
  5. I want to use my headphones and speakers at the same time. My headphones are plugged in the front, speakers in the back. I want to be able to use them both at the same time without having to unplug one or the other. From what I know, the only way to do this is to go to realtek audio manager and disable "front jack detection". But I have tried to find realtek hd audio manager everywhere. It doesn't show up in control panel. So I updated drivers multiple times and updated windows. I have even tried uninstalling the drivers and then restarting my computer. But nothing seems to be working. It still isn't showing up. Can anyone help?

  8. hi, im looking around for realtek settings, do you know how to install it?
  9. I have recently purchase audio technica m20x because my old gaming headset snapped. I have speakers for my setup that uses the mobo io 3.5mm jack. My m20xs use 3.5mm as well and I have nowhere to plug them in besides the front io. When I plug the m20xs in, the speakers stop working. I know this is done on purpose but I was wondering if i could leave both headphones and speakers plugged in and switch outputs but there is only one output and that is speakers(realtek audio).
  10. I have a 512gb SSD as the single drive in my computer. I only have 3 major games installed. Rainbow Six Siege (76 GB), GTA V (91 GB), and Fortnite (76 GB). Add those together and you only get 243 GB taken up. But my computer says that there is only 64GB remaining. There are a couple of files here and there that are around 1 gb but there I have no clue where the rest of the my disk space has gone. Is there a way I can find out where the rest has gone?

  14. I don't know why they are doing this when the Scarlet in coming out. Woudln't they want to drive the most people to the scarlett first?
  15. For me, what fixed this is turning off freesync but since your on Nvidia, I really have no idea what to do. I would suggest uninstalling the drivers completely and then getting a different version of drivers maybe? If that doestn' work you may have to reset windows
  16. i have the atx version of your board. Meaning it is just bigger. I think we have the same BIOS. All you simply have to do is go to BOIS -------> Overclock ----------> XPM: select XPM PROFILE 1 ----------> Then to go to ram frequency and choose 3200
  17. it is either a mobo or ethernet cable problem

    Low fps

shouldn't be a bottleneck so I would say there is some performance issues with the drivers
