  1. is it a monster? cause G.Skill turns you into a monster while using their products?
  2. Honestly check out some online retailers or local if any and find a 87/60% keyboard mech or not in your price range, where the keys feel comfortable to you. I personally love the keys on the Logitech G413 Carbon. They feel perfect for me as well as alot of Corsair keyboards. Id be fine with using a 87key keyboard from Red Dragon personally and thats on amazon for $33 Canadian.
  3. *update*, legitimately losing my mind. I have restricted buying local, instead of also ordering from online because my current mouse decided to lose pretty well all tracking ability and the LMB only works half the time now, I also wanna click some heads this weekend. Doing more research, I have many more questions, and protentional mice I am looking at, however trying to keep the mouse as light as possible. The model D seems to be the better choice in terms of shape for my grip. However Ive been looking at some of the wireless Logitech mice, or wired Logitech as well as the Razer Viper and some others. Im still looking for something for mainly FPS games at my current price point. (79.99+tax or less) But a friend brought something up to me about wireless mice and I feel like its not true anymore in todays day and time about wireless mice, disconnecting or un-syncing. sorry guys, I over think, Im indecisive and can talk my self out of something I already made my mind up for. Just looking for thoughts and opinions on these from people who may use them in FPS games. Thanks guys
  4. Can someone maybe give me quick explanation what this means or is for?
  5. Have had my g413 carbon for over a year now, and not even a issue, and its the only thing I have that Logitech because of similar issues you have had and kind of like you I got mine on a wicked deal from Staples(on clearance for $40) , This keyboard has gone through some rough moves, my daughter pounding on it, semi-spilled on still works perfectly(I'm never hard on my stuff, but other people clearly are) and the roamer G switches feel nice to type and game with. The only thing I'd switch it out for be a corsair board with speed switched. But you should be more then fine.
  6. sensor is the same, the only true differences will be, which one will fit your hand/grip better and how many buttons do you want.
  7. Hey guys, so I've been looking at getting a new mouse, as I feel like my old Razer Deathadder 2015 isn't really doing much anymore. Ive been looking for a new mouse, for mainly FPS games (such as CS:GO,Valorant,Seige) so sensor is my top priority, then mouse fit as I play Claw/Finger tip. I have been thinking about the PCMR Glorious Model D but dont know if it is indeed a good mouse, or if its all hype, I know its a very light mouse, and a good sensor and is current $79.99CAD(pretty much my top dollar before taxes) Any suggestions welcome.
  8. The first thing that came to mind when I seen how the back of the board in transparent and the PCB is red with white writing on it, I instantly thought of the brand supreme.
  9. when I was building my pc, I could not get my ram above 2600 no matter what I did. I checked my mobo's QVL and didn't see the RAM on their list so I picked up some that was and bam was easy got the 3200mhz I wanted and the only thing I could think of was, It wasn't on my mobo's QVL.
  10. do the newer Razer Deathadders even still use the rubber grip side? cause Im using a DA from a couple years ago and it does and its kinda annoying I didn't even know that it did have rubber, Ive been looking into the glorious mice.
  11. do you know if its compatible with any RGB software, like rgb fusion. msi mystic ect.
  12. thats all im going for right now, nothing too insanse,
  13. so i was thinking about doing a slight OC to my 3200g, i have a tower cooler, if possible and even worth the effort what would be a good little OC to try?
  14. UPDATE ok so I went out and bought the logitech G432 headset with the USB adapter. installed the G hub and the drivers and it still only gives me audio and the mic still doesnt pick up and sound what so ever, now im even more lost.
  15. Alright so I got this laptop (Asus Vivobook model: X512FA with a single audio jack, with is Audio and Microphone combined) for school and I realized I'm able to play some games on it. So I went out and bought some earbuds with a mic on it and I have had them work on a PC before for discord. Well they didnt work, so I though maybe it was a defective mic or something even tho when I plug it in it prompts me I choose the headset option I can hear audio but the mic doesn't work. Ive un-installed and re-installed the drivers, checked all settings and properties made sure were good still nothing. So i thought it was that inline mic, I went out and the Hyper X Stingers and same thing re did the process could hear audio but no mic input and now I cant even get the built-in microphone in the webcam to work. I've been at this for a week now and still can't figure it out. I need some other input other than my own brain and random articles on the internet. The laptop is brand new as I got it for school on the 1st day, I really don't want them to send it away on warranty and be out a pc for a period of time as being in IT we need our laptops for programming and consoling into switches and routers and much more stuff. I feel ashamed as I'am taking IT System Administrator and I can't fix it and can't seem to figure out the problem the only thing I can think of to get this to work without sending it away is to plug the 4-pole 3.5mm jack into a dual adapter and then into a dual to USB adapter to try and get a headset to work. Thank you in advance, **Update** Is something like this worth looking into, to possibly fix my issue. https://www.amazon.ca/UGREEN-Adapter-External-Stereo-Headset/dp/B06XP5R449/ref=sr_1_26?keywords=audio+and+mic+to+usb+adapter&qid=1580010427&sr=8-26
  16. Hey, so as the title says I'm just curious about what people think about this AIO from deepcool for 69.99 Canadian rubles at Canada Computers. or is this one of those things just to spend a little more money and get something better? https://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=8_135&item_id=138881
  17. ^^Think of this like your car chair (if you have a car) you pull the backrest lever and the thing will go forward and while holding it you have to put weight on it to move it back, then release the lever and your seat will stay and lock into place.
  18. honestly I had a corsair and a reddragon XL cloth mouse pad and they worked great, nice glide, good control. and reasonably priced for what I was getting.
  19. just shipping time im wondering about, if it worked in canada i'd get it faster XD
  20. Hey so im a IT Sys admin student and was looking to get a iFixIt Pro Tech Toolkit, and I remember there being a link such as ifixit.com/Linus but was wondering if the promo link still works and more importantly does it work for their Canadian website as I live in Nova Scotia. If anyone has any information on this that would be great. Thanks in advance! :)
