The 10400F is like 10% slower than the 3600, which is especially important if you're playing at 144Hz. You'd need to go up to a 10600F to match the 3600's performance.

because its a laptop . it might be priced competitively but it's still a non upgradable throw away device so yeah definitely not going to pay 1000$ for something that inherently has a short lifespan
600$ laptop is more reasonable , same lifespan and 400$ cheaper

Photoshop is a very complex beast, i wouldn't recommend trying to learn everything all at once. start small with what you want to do with it, then as you find the need for new things find tutorials on that. I mainly learnt by following random effect tutorials
