    NeonZ got a reaction from xAcid9 in Command tab keeps poping up and out.   
    Deleted both files and rebooted. The cmd pop up screen stopped poping up. 
    Downloaded the adwcleaner, but detected 2 items (ss posted below). However, I dont think they are relevant to the virus I had.

    @narrdarr thankyou soo very much.. um really out of words to thank you for. it worked. Had to reset BIOS ( aka clear cmos ) and it worked within an instant.
