Whenever I'm looking for power supplies and can't decide, I check the reviews on johnny guru. They do some pretty extensive psu testing.

I'm damned awful, but I'd love to play the newest map/update. Haven't had time, and won't for a week or so.

You can't really go wrong with noctua products outisde the goofy 24 volters, but if price is an issue you might consider the newer maglev fans from corsair  , The basic ones are offered in a 2 pack for 30-40-ish dollars. They're rated pretty high for static pressure.
