The SSD A400 does not have a very good reputation I think. If you can find something similar in price, should be better. 

well i live in denmark so my options are kind of limited and prices are different, my 2070 super alone is 700 dollars

I'm gonna go with your advice and return the motherboard. i can get the MSI B450 A-pro Max for the same price anyways. Will my wraith prism stock cooler still fit?
 

the VRM on those boards are quite good for the 2700X since the 2700X might have a same current draw similar to the 3900X, therefore if those boards aren't capable of handling the 3900X, he'll have some thermal throtling.
@samuelsbald In my opinion i'd try to get a B450-F Strix, a B450 Tomahawk, or even if you find a B450 Gaming PRO Carbon AC. At least these boards i've quoted are well capable of handling that CPU and you might even have a little bit of room of overclocking as long as your case have a good airflow.

Yeah that's right, i just confirmed, they both have 2 high side mosfets 4C029N(per phase) and 2 low side mosfet per phase (4C024N).

The only problem with those board i've recommended is finding them, and they might even be quite expensive.

meh, the B450-A Pro has gotten to $70 in the US after rebates. that's about the best you'll get until you move up to $115 for a tomahawk.

I was running a 2700x with my 2080ti earlier this year and it worked great, you are gonna be perfectly fine.

Plenty of people use 2700X and RTX 2080 paired. It won't be an issue.

is it an absolute necesity? why would you rather recomend this? 
Because i already ordered the moterboard. might be able to return if its a necesity

so im building my first pc ever and have pretty much evverything figured out. i'm almost 100 percent decided on the 2070 super for a gpu but im worried that my ryzen 7 2700x will bottleneck it. i already bought the cpu, not the gpu, but if it makes a big impact i'll swithc out my cpu. Dont really have anyone i know to ask so any help would really be apreciated guys, cant wait to put the thing together.

it depends on the games you want to play but you should be fine. You could also sell your cpu and just get a r7 3700x if the 2700x isn't enough.

You should be fine with the Ryzen 2700X. I have a friend who has that paired with an RTX 2080 on a 27 inch 144hz monitor and it's flawless for him. He plays a lot of FPSes.

depends on high you want the frame rate to go. I doubt you'll see any difference with a better CPU below 80fps though

First of all, are you going to be playing on a 144Hz monitor? Your CPU is indeed a monster, however some game indeed it might have a little bottleneck in some games. But remember this. Bottleneck is everywhere, if there wasn't any, your framerate would be infinite.
The main question is, will the "bottleneck" bother you?
One thing is a bottleneck when you're playing with 60 fps and then it drops below 40 fps. But if you're worried for example in bottleneck because your CPU canno't push 144Hz insome game but close. Don't even bpther.
