    Argeddion got a reaction from Parideboy in Nexus 6P bootloop after rooting   
    First go in TWRP and wipe cache and dalvik cache. Then try again. This fixed so many things for me already.
     
    You do not need to root with superSU (or Magisk) if you plan on installing a new ROM. That would wipe it anyway.

    You should flash the newest android version from google via fastboot beforehand though:

    Connecting both can actually break something, definitely don't do that.

    3pin is already enough to power a fan and gives fan speed control, guess the molex here is only for when you run out of 3pin headers
