trying to understand what you said, so you said... the psu is making a static noise, correct? and you hear a beeping noise at high loads correct? the psu you are using is the Corsair Cx 750m psu and the motherboard is the gigabyte z370p d3.... is there a way you can send us the "beeping" from you computer? like the psu cable's the computer itself etc? the static buzz should be the psu fan revving up higher to cool it down, but unless it is starved of oxygen it should not be that loud.

go to start menu.. type in "Run", then when that opens type in cmd, and press enter again type inside of command prompt del /f File Name-(name of the File) Also include the path of the file you replace with file name so i think it would be somthing of this sort cd G:\(your name)\Downloads del /f instruksia_279llQ.exe (or what ever that is) let me know if i messed up

also, the computer will make the 3200mhz ram go to 3000mhz to keep it stable.
