Focus G or MX330 would do fine.

Well I haven't tried a quadro cuz they are hella expensive (At least the newer ones). For me the 1070 works very well. 
 
Edit: Quadro is meant for workstations. Not gaming. 

well i didn't use any ryzen cpu yet, i am not the guy that plays pc games. my last rig was hp compaq mb500t from 2009 but it blew up and caught a fire. so, i discovered that my cousin was playin some games which is fun to play/try. she mentions that its the best cpu for budget gaming but she uses his rig for 4-6 hours for a daily usage. i would gladly talk about pros/cons about cpu when i buy it.

hmm, to handle one and a half year so i will stick to the cheapest stuff i guess. then i would change the entire build with high end stuff to carry myself for at least 4-5 year.

I really do not know how much things have changed with that brand, but I would never recommend an MSI motherboard and I always advise watching the Asrock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4 or B450 Pro4 offers. From the list I would choose the Asus TUF. Greetings.
