    Agree'd, I wonder how long they have to hold off on sales.... I don't see how you could really patent anything they've done? It's just a PC case inside of a fish tank.....

    I like the value of the 900 series in general, Outperforming cards that are still current in all respects for a couple hundred bucks less! Also love the AMP design of these cards.

    What happened is their anti-consumer friendly development caught up to them, and they started trying to maximize profits more rather than building quality products so all their stuff started to suffer and become lower build quality etc. The PS4 and Xbox One are having a hard time because they aren't really next gen and nothing special about them..... Pretty sure Wii U sales have gone up since they both came out lmao. As for TV's they just aren't making the best TV's for the best prices. They are making mediocre products and charging premium prices for them and that's what's wrong with them and why they will fail. It's not about being "COOL" or anything like that, people just don't like them because they don't seem to like the people and don't want to give the people what they want/need. They are more interested in pushing new formats that noone else can manufacture so they can profit on it.

    That's funny, Sony doesn't like you haha. Of course they love your money! And they love locking you down in any way possible and trying to force you into new formats etc etc. Most of the time those new formats are completely un needed and they are doing it just to try and force you to buy their products. Their camera line has tons of examples of this. The PS4 is the first time in likely history Sony has ever done anything consumer friendly and honestly they didn't even do it for the consumer, you know damn well they were standing by to see how Microsofts plans were going to be taken so they could go either direction with their own console. They've screwed over consumers more times than I can count, their electronics aren't even that good anymore! They used to be quite good in car electronics as well then they got rid of their high end ES line, and of course now they brought it back but it's nothing like it used to be, all cheap crap.

    So then $199 haha. Man I was really hoping it would be out my may.... I'm not sure I can wait much longer lol. My MX5500 is starting to act up again! It must know I'm thinking about replacing it again.

    . People are already developing AAA linux games! Heck I just saw on Netlinked Daily that now the next Civilization game is going to be on linux as well. That's 4 big announcements for linux gaming in just the last few weeks. And yes some older games won't work still, or they could be run under Wine possibly but honestly they could also just as easily be ported to revive interest in older titles. It wouldn't be the first time and porting wouldn't be that difficult either. Linux is starting to get a lot of attention and I'm not sure why you guys seem to be so against it? I don't know of a peripheral that doesn't work on linux? Most mfg's even release linux drivers on their site, although sometimes they are crap and the community developed ones are better. For example graphics drivers. Many of the companies put out drivers but they are always lacking a bunch of stuff so the community puts them out. The nice thing about this is that a system like Ubuntu has a nice driver system that can automatically grab those drivers or at the very least point you to them. It's not anything like it used to be to get devices working in linux, most are just plug and play just like windows.

    Other than games there are plenty of application replacements on Linux to replace just about anything you would use on windows. Honestly I find linux to be just as easy to use and just as seamless as windows now days with distros like Ubuntu which honestly likely gets better support development wise than windows does on bug fixes and such. I likely would move to linux completely if I could play all the games I currently play on them. And frankly once games move over you'll start to see other software as well, or people will just find alternatives just like they do on OSx.

    Only reason I or any of my friends use windows is because of games, and that landscape seems to quickly be changing. You've got the next Cry Engine, Unreal Engine 4, and now Star Citizen as well has announced linux support. These are huge wins for linux and start making it look like a real viable platform for gaming and even just a general purpose desktop platform.

    The reps they had there did anyways, I'm not sure if it's accurate? I don't know they need to hurry up though cause I've been holding off on buying a mechanical keyboard just to buy this one.

    Go figure....I was just going back and forth all weekend on weather to get the M8 or just get a Nexus 5 and finally came to the conclusion that I couldn't justify the extra price on the M8.......if this were an option I'd have picked it up! Now I have to decide if I want to wait.

    My favorite feature by far is the build quality, sure there are other fast phones out there but what always pulls me back to HTC is the build quality! I don't want a cheap plastic phone damn it!
