    Hello. So I was removing my battery from my laptop and this black piece fell off, see photo. It came from the magnetic looking connector in beige from the other pic. How do I reattach it and is it important?

    Background Hi. I'm currently using earbuds to game so that I can still hear my surroundings. Of course, my gaming is limited as the surround sound is really just left and right. Question Is there any headset that does not block out all outside noise, so I can hear my mum call me from downstairs? arigato ^-^

    Restarted, ensured everything is plugged in, reset-- all done multiple times. >How old is hardware- if you mean like the modem and stuff, it's about 4 years old, I'll check witih my ISP to see if they have new hardware. As for my PC- its about 1 year old. >What speed- paying for 25Mb, what we actually get varies during the day, sometimes its 23Mb, sometimes it dips down to less than 8. I guess it would be my ISP's fault then. I'll have to see what's up. If theres anything else I'll continue this thread.

    Hello, recently I've been experiencing latency issues with regards to watching streams and playing games. Gave my ISP a call and they basically said there is nothing they can do to solve this- they even told me to upgrade my package to "try" and fix it. Anyways, I stumbled upon my modem's 'system log' where I see entries like this: 2018-12-28 17:36:29.00 [DOS]UDP Packet - Source:192.168.0.3,2007 Destination:192.168.0.255,2007. Am I getting DoS'd or is this normal? Any help or general information on what this means is appreciated.

    Its not genuinue cherry MX switches, but it feels blue to me

    Its built like a tank You can customize it to a great extent, you can colour each individual key. Downside is that it has blue switches, not the best for gaming, and extremely loud.

    Thanks for the reply, is this feasible or should i just splurge a few dollars and install a paracord + new feet?

    I'll answer you both: the thick braiding makes the cable very stiff and only bends in a specific direction, i have to offset my bungee to account for that. It also drags really terribly on my mouse mat, making an audible scratching noise. I've never had an issue with other brand's braiding but I really like the mouse so I was just wondering if I could remove the braiding.
