  1. Recording gameplay on a 3440x1440 ultrawide screen. I cant find a program that works well at that resolution, and for some reason OBS refuses to work right for me no matter what settings I change.
  2. I recently built a new system with a Radeon VII as the GPU. Ever since I built it, it will crash randomly by all of my monitors going black, but I can still hear the sound for a few seconds from my game/discord then it eventually stops. My only solution to stop the crashing is to disable relive, but I'd really like to use it. Any ideas on what I could do to get it working?
  3. I went ahead and requested a repair from LG, we'll see how it goes. Thanks for the help.
  4. Radeon VII Gold Edition my dude . But I know it's not the GPU because when I switch the input over to my PS4 Pro it still has lines across it.
  5. Here's a pic of it at 144hz, it's much more difficult to see than at 60hz.
  6. I recently bought the LG 34GK950F-B, only had it for roughly 3 months. I came home from work yesterday and suddenly there are dark lines going through it. It's a bit difficult to see depending on the background, but when playing games its super annoying. I started fiddling around and changing every setting I could find to no avail, turning freesync off and reducing response times on the monitor, but nothing changes until i switch the refresh rate to 60hz. When I do that, the dark lines get bigger and it looks awful. Also, if I leave it on a screen that is mostly white, it starts flickering really badly. I'll include pictures, any ideas how to solve it? Video of it flickering:
  7. I just manually set it to 1.35, however now its sitting at 1.38 and jumps up to 1.5. Tf?
  8. Are you running it in borderless or fullscreen? And are you perhaps running a youtube video on another monitor? My fortnite runs at almost a locked 144hz running at 3440x1440 in borderless but if I fire up a youtube video on my second monitor the frame pacing goes out the window. I'll still be getting high fps but it feels worse than a locked 30.
  9. Well I didnt use an auto overclock or anything, I just didnt disable any features or set a manual voltage, I pretty much left most things at default and voltage at auto.
  10. Do you have your cooler on silent or performance? I'm running mine on silent and getting these temps but I assume they'll be lower if I bump it to performance. My goal is to run it on silent mode in normal use however. I have the X72 for clarification
  11. I recently acquired an 8086k, popped it into an n7 z370, and I'd like to get a flat 5GHz OC out of it. So I didnt disable any features or anything, I simply changed the core ratio to 50 and set it so that all core turbo is allowed to hit 5ghz as well. I did not specify a manual voltage. While running aida 64, I notice the voltage can sometimes jump up to 1.4v and the temps will then jump to 100 C, however, usually it sits around 1.36v and 86ish degrees. I'm wondering if that's perfectly fine for "normal" usage since obviously I'm not going to be stress testing it 24/7. I also noticed that it essentially never dropped below 5ghz on all cores as soon as I booted it up. Will any of this affect the life of my CPU or just increase power consumption/heat output?
  12. I thought the same thing, changed some things around in CAM, also updated the bios, nothing helped. Might have an issue with the RMA since I bought this motherboard almost a year ago lol.
  13. Yeah, no dice. It gives me options to adjust fan speed for 6 headers but reports all of them as running at 0 rpm regardless of what I change
  14. Just double checked, but the only fan options I have in my bios are the ability to change from cpu fan to aio pump, no other fans or fan headers are listed.
