Ddr4 is what never plattforms use. Any new build today use DRR4 as the CPUs only use that type of Ram.
There is Ramspeed within DDR4 lile 2400mhz and 3200mhz. If you can you should spring for 3000/3200mhz memmory

I would go with Pro it has more features if you want to do something. Windows Home is limited.

Windows 10 Home on ebay (germany) ~5€.
Windows 10 Pro on ebay (germany) ~3€.
So there is no reason NOT to buy Windows 10 Pro
