After a couple hours of work and some bad Asian food, I've confirmed that the problem was, in fact, the power supply (my friend cracked it open to find dead capacitors), and have replaced the power supply with another 750W power supply from Thermaltake. It's rated for 10 years and 80+ Gold efficiency. It is, also, RGB, but I won't be able to see it in all its GRB glory underneath the psu shroud in my case.
Also glad to confirm that all my drives still exist and seem to be functioning normally again.
Alright, I'm new here, But I did notice that the IHotel PC's weren't running Windows 10. But, with all the talk that everyone is currently doing about these computers running Windows Vista, I want to say that you're wrong. NVidia doesn't support Windows Vista with the 1080 Ti. Windows Vista supports DirectX 11, But that was an Update that was required to be downloaded and installed. Also, Linus mentioned that IHotel's internet was really fast, I'm not saying Windows Vista wouldn't support it, But Google Chrome and Firefox have dropped support for the operating system. Most Antivirus programs (To my knowledge) does not work on Vista, and with their internet speed, and network size, Security is a must. Steam has also stated that it is dropping support for Windows Vista as well. I hope this helps solve the debate.
