Hello I would like to overclock my 4670k (haswell) to 4.6 Ghz and wanted to ask how high the core voltage can go without damaging the cpu. because in order to run reasonably stable I have to give already 1,400v. are 1,400v still ok?

What do you think of this monitor. For me it is important that the display looks good and has AMD FREESYNC. (LG 24MP59G)

Maybe the CPU overheats? the one that I had overheated too. He clocked himself down and up and down.
