    Dell is one  of the biggest offenders when it comes to proprietary form factor components.
    Therefore it is not possible to swap out your old motherboard for a new one.
    You should buy a new case, but nowadays you can find some decent models for not a whole lot of money.

    You won't be able to fit a standard motherboard in there. As far as buying a new case for this purpose, I would suggest the NZXT H500(when it hits the market), or an S340 if you can't wait around for the H500.

    No. It's a proprietary form factor meaning you can't put standard parts in it. Buy a new case.
