For the kicks, I used my old Samsung AKG stock earphones - which needed a dongle - that I used pretty much since I got my S8, and then listened to music again but this time with my Jaybird X3 earphones.
Night and day difference, my X3 are so much more clear and crisp. It made me appreciate my Jaybird X3 purchase a lot more since back then, I was still quite hesitant to invest into Bluetooth audio.
Apple has truly changed my perspective on wires.

I don't own bluetooth headphones because I'm cheap. I also hate the idea of knowing that all bluetooth headphones are technically consumable because their batteries will eventually go to shite and are very difficult (if not impossible) to replace.
Wired headphones will work for as long as they don't physically break.

even with my e50bt i would've appreciated a headphone jack
but the mi8 was irristable for the price and i broke the dongle

@DrMacintosh Worth it for the convenience, ultimately. I wouldn't mind wired Jaybirds, but Bluetooth wireless adds to quality of life.
