Bingo, probably an OEM Dell machine. Q67 express = not compatible. If this were eBay, he'd probably already have his money back.

    This just furthers my opinion that most bad reviews for products on sites like Newegg are actually from people who just don't know what the fuck they're doing 🤦‍♂️
