    That Zip drive is sexy. You're in the states aren't you? I have a couple of period correct CD ROM/burners if you'd want to pay the postage on them. Frog isn't quite period correct either don't worry about it. I got a 5.25" drive on a PIII running strictly DOS 6.22 at the moment. So much so that the momentary power button on my case doesn't turn the thing off cause dos doesn't know what to do with it. It just resets

    Then welcome to the thread I have a dual core Athlon somewhere I think it's a 5000+ but not 100% sure. I don't have a motherboard or anything for it though

    So..I wasn't being confrontational I was just making a silly joke that The Crew, along with a lot of other Ubisoft games, sucks a$$. I wasn't saying it to say "Well, the games suck so who cares." I was just saying that the game(s) sucks.

    I bought The Crew when it came out. I wasn't sad when they shut the servers off I will miss GTA Online though....

    Are they shortcuts to network locations? That's the shortcut icon. maybe the drive they are pointing to is taking it's sweet time to spin up. Also if they're shortcuts to web apps that could be a reason for the hitching at the start. It took me a few months to figure out why my PC would some days start really fast and others start really slow. turns out on the slow days it was because the network drive i had mapped was in a computer that was switched off. When it was fast that ment the computer was on

    After having it nearly a month. building the electronics in it. tuning the radio to it. a ton of teething problems regarding the motor mount moving (first big crash on it which broke the shell) Finally getting it running right and having a stupid crash (which broke the lower arm) waiting for some bits to come all the way from China. I think it's finally ready for a thrashing... My ZD Racing Pirates 3 BX-8E walk around. Still super happy with it. Even more so now

    New camera/mic setup. Finally putting the Canon 100D to rest on my telescope try and get some real pictures of the moon. It's been a good run on it with the cheap, aftermarket power adapter I bought for it. However since the move it's just not been happy. It'll just shut off/freeze. Some nights it would be really hot in the battery compartment. Some night's it just wouldn't turn on at all. The Logitech StreamCam seems to be a really good alternative to at least those 20-30 buck webcams you see in Supermarkets and stuff and I got this one for 60 quid, never used, on eBay. Also i don't think i put it in the latest purchases but I've replaced my Presonus USB96 with a Steinberg UR 22 which I got from Cashies. It was missing a knob when I got it but a replacement was only a couple of quid. Seams good so far but my HD599s sound a little warm on it still
