Real thing man, more than likely wasn't going to happen but I thought it was entertaining for the LTT audience? That was not intended to be a "shit post" or to "troll".

Then please next time do more than just dumping a link, you could have posted the source (like you just did), and if you want people to discuss, next time please put some input, or ask a question, it seemed like you just posted a link to a petition you started, there was absolutely no explanations or context.

I've also edited my message, in hindsight, it sounded a bit harsh and that was not what I intended.

  2. I have the TLC. Bought it because it had a built in Roku (already using a roku devise in another room), and I also used the VESA mount. Which I had no issues with, the included screws with the mount worked fine.

  4. Tired of listening to your ASIC miners? Submerge them in mineral oil to cool then down. It would be a cool little project for Linus and his team to work on. https://www.digitaltrends.com/cool-tech/bitcoin-rig-submerged-in-oil/?utm_content=buffer3ad44&utm_medium=socialm&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=DT-FB
  5. yeah, they're a little late to the party. It'll take a few years for them to catch up to AMD and Intel if they can at all. I just like to see more competition in the market/manufactures to drive these prices down a little bit.
  6. Well, The i7-7700k has hyperthreading and no game to my knowledge takes advantage of hyperthreading (assuming that it what you are using it for). I would personal just keep that one and overclock it or upgrade to the i5-8600K. Depending on what games you play, you'll just get a minimal increase in performance by switching to the i7-7700k. If you play any CPU intensive games you'll get a little better FPS but not worth the money to me, personally. Even if you upgrade to a 6 core 8th gen CPU, there isn't many games out there that take advantage of all 6 cores as well, so it would be wise to wait until 6 cores are needed or become more mainstream. On the other hand, if your doing content creation. A i7-8600 would be a huge upgrade, with 6C/12T.
  7. This could make things interesting: Another Manufacture steps forward making this a three way race for x86 processors. https://overclock3d.net/news/cpu_mainboard/via_plans_their_x86_comeback_with_amd_in_their_sights_for_2019/1
