I am not sure when you say you have 500 you mean for your entire setup. If you are like me (student) probably the latter one with the entire setup. I would say buy a HP Compaq 6300 with i5 3470 and put it in a 1050 ( best price to performance). Which in US would could you about ~$220. You can then get a 27" curved display from Sceptre for about 130. Then 50 dollar for some nice mechanical keyboard. 50 for mouse. Use the last 50 for a nice comfy office chair from staples. Assuming you have a table.
