I am out right now but last night the graphics card wouldn't power on in the first place. I restarted my PC multiple times and re-seated the GPU multiple times. One thing to note: I turn my computer on using the PSU switch because my power button doesn't work. I have been doing this for about a year. Would that be a cause for any problems?
Could you elaborate on what you mean by PSU switch? I understand that you can turn on/off the main power but what do you mean by turning it on with a PSU switch?

Do you think plugging my power supply cable into the wall instead of the multi-outlet brick might give it more power?
I doubt it would. Your PSU already doesn't consume necessarily all of it's wattage at all times. Most of the time you have to worry about how much power is able to flow through your PSU itself to your parts rather than the outlet to your PSU.
Do you know your wattage for your PSU?

It wouldn't hurt to check your thermals on the card? It could be getting too hot since you said it only happens while gaming.
Also would be wise to make sure all of your drivers are up to date, especially your GPU drivers.

Yes, this is where I set it to balanced and defined a 10 minute inactivity sleep timer.
Did you change the sleep timer for each power mode? Like balanced, high performance, etc.?

It is being operated in a really humid environment?

Have you tried going to power options in the control panel?

that would be a bummer. The fan spins when I first boot up, but as soon as bios loads both fans stop.
When I first got my GTX 1060 3GB, it did the same thing and I ended up having to RMA the GPU.

well monoprice retros+brainwavzpads+$42modmic is a pretty good custom headset for around $100. not reccomended for competitive though unfortunately but itt's a fun listen cause the bass slaps. great for explosions. sucks for listening for footsteps
definitely would prefer the gaming oriented headphones

Those look great honestly. Do they have a included software? It's not a deal-breaker if they don't, just curious.

If you are already overclocking that high in GHz, unless the monitoring software you have has defects and you desire higher GHz(good luck) then your temps seem pretty good I'd say.

Recently the mic in my Corsair Void Surround headset(wired) has gave out. While I could probably go through a complicated warranty process, I'm not really trying to put in any effort into a replacement headset that has already had complications within less than a year.
I'm looking for headset that is has dolby surround or at least emulates it well, has an attached mic, can be worn for a long period of time, and a plus would be it being comfortable while wearing glasses.
The preferred budget is in the range of $50-$100 but if there is a decent cheaper headset, then I wouldn't mind the mention.
Anyone have any recommendations?

It'll likely be fine so long as you don't try and make any of your parts draw anymore power than they do by default.
Having a decently rated PSU helps a lot also. Bronze, Gold, etc.

You could trying taking out the ram and bios battery(doing so while the machine completely disconnected from a power source). After they have both been removed, try reinstalling them. Some times those two things hold onto a sort of memory.
Not saying it'll 100% work, but it's worth a try.

How are your thermals?

Because it isn't necessarily causing any issues, you could just leave it as is. But because one of these times it may not work with just restarting, I'd try contacting support for Microsoft to see if they have a quick fix.
Better safe than sorry.

Not in apex or firestorm no. I just tried using the usb C wire that comes with it and it has the exact same jitter/input lag so that rules out the wireless capability being a problem. Do you think maybe polling rate or just the sensor itself?
Note: I use 400DPI but I cranked it up and it still jittered just the same
I think it may just be with CS:GO, if it was jittery in all of the games that you play then maybe I'd question the mouse but because it is only that game in particular, I doubt it.

Is there a reason you want to overclock in the first place?

That's a wireless mouse isn't it? It you move the receiver closer the the mouse itself it may help.
I was experiencing small stutters with my Logitech G602 until I decided to use the USB extender cable they provided to move my USB receiver closer. Since then all of my issues have stopped.

Yes, my drive is encrypted.
BitLocker is an encryption service provided by Windows I believe by default.
Did the Surface come pre-encrypted or did you encrypt it yourself?

Hmm to be honest I'm not sure that I completely wiped off all of nvidia's drivers. Will test again, and I will probably try putting it in my friend's system who has an i5 with iGPU so even if it doesnt open with the gpu i will try with the onboard graphics and I was thinking of reflashing the vga bios. Is there a chance that will help?
Reflashing the VGA bios on the gpu?
I disabled my GPU In device management

Does your PC have onboard graphics? If so, you could just plug whatever display cable you are using into that port rather than into your GPU's. That might work.
