  1. Wanted to update I've successfully updated the firmware with the latest QMK and the latest firmware from Keychron. This seems to have resolved the issue (yay) Thanks all for the assistance
  2. Hi, I've reset the keyboard and attempted a flash using QMK. was unsuccessful on the flash, code at the bottom. Still having the issue through he dock, but it worked fine on boot when plugged in directly to PC. Realistically I think I can live with it at this point, particularly if I can just plug directly if I'm on my PC days in a row, but happy to try other suggestions etc. Thanks for the advice all around *** QMK Toolbox 0.1.1 (https://qmk.fm/toolbox) Supported bootloaders: - ARM DFU (APM32, Kiibohd, STM32, STM32duino) via dfu-util (http://dfu-util.sourceforge.net/) - Atmel/LUFA/QMK DFU via dfu-programmer (http://dfu-programmer.github.io/) - Atmel SAM-BA (Massdrop) via Massdrop Loader (https://github.com/massdrop/mdloader) - BootloadHID (Atmel, PS2AVRGB) via bootloadHID (https://www.obdev.at/products/vusb/bootloadhid.html) - Caterina (Arduino, Pro Micro) via avrdude (http://nongnu.org/avrdude/) - HalfKay (Teensy, Ergodox EZ) via Teensy Loader (https://pjrc.com/teensy/loader_cli.html) - LUFA Mass Storage Supported ISP flashers: - AVRISP (Arduino ISP) - USBasp (AVR ISP) - USBTiny (AVR Pocket) *** STM32 DFU device connected (WinUSB): STMicroelectronics STM32 BOOTLOADER (0483:DF11:2200) *** Attempting to flash, please don't remove device >>> dfu-util.exe -a 0 -d 0483:DF11 -s 0x08000000:leave -D "C:\Users\Jaran\Downloads\Q2_US_ANSI_Knob_V1.5.bin" dfu-util 0.10 Copyright 2005-2009 Weston Schmidt, Harald Welte and OpenMoko Inc. 3. Hi Azbom Yes it's a new purchase I haven't done anything re:drivers. Google seems to only direct to firmware, no driver I found. I did use via to wap the delete and home buttons a few days ago, but I think the issue was present before then. I'm happy to factory reset then flash firmware using QMK toolbox - was a little deterred due to it Keychron's website saying it could do damage, but as there is an issue I should really do it. I'll update when I've done this, which will probably be a day or 2 (need to sleep then work haha) Thanks very much
  4. Hi All, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with my KB issue. Recently bought a new keyboard - Keychron Q2. Works great, but when I turn on my system and boot into Windows, I can's enter my PIN or password with the keyboard. If I unplug and re-plug in, the keyboard will work. I've done a little configuring in VIA to the mapping, but nothing to the regular keys. I've seen on Reddit someone way it needed something added to the start-up sequence, but I haven't been able to find any details. The KB is plugged in via a HP Type-C dock which I also use on my work laptop. I haven't had this issue when using the work laptop (without needing to unplug/replug the dock or the keyboard) I'm under the impression it might relate to drivers - below is how it appears in device manager Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  5. Just wanted to say this fixed my issue with my 9270-8i I thought my old intel system was the reason my upgrades were failing. After upgrading to a ryzen system and getting storport.sys errors, I was wracking my brain and tallying up how much time and money I'd need to throw at the problem Thanks so much for the advice as 1909 auto-picked up the volume, upgrading the driver changed the name to LSI, then the upgrade to 22H2 was quick and painless. THANKS SO MUCH
  6. Scrapyard wars is also on thetvdb and hence the downloads from float plane work really well in plex
  7. Thanks for the feedback all. If I can get a cheap copy of windows server standard 2016 I might go for that. Certainly not paying $1000+ though Otherwise I might go for the hardware RAID with the 9260 or Dell equivalent.
  8. I'd be willing to change, but I have already spent $ on WHS so I suppose it would have to be linux I'd consider, not planning on shelling out more on windows. For ZFS would I need ECC ram? and presumably more than the 8GB I have? Overall, HW raid might be less effort
  9. Hi, I'm wondering if I can get some opinions/recommendations for redundancy for my home server. I have a silverstone 8 bay case with 4x 3TB Seagate Enterprise value drives (st3000nc000). I was planning to buy 4 more and use HW raid on an LSI 9260-8i, but my drive has been discontinued and I am not hearing good thing about HW raid at the moment. I am running WHS 2011 with a xeon e3-1230 v3 on a mini itx board. I use an intel SSD for boot/OS Any recommendations? I store mostly movies/TV for a plex server and use google photos/drive for anything really important, just don't want to need to re-download anything if a drive fails. I am willing to re-buy drives if I need matching and if higher capacity would help, otherwise I could try to source more of my current drive, just not very practical in price/GB now, especially with newer drives. I was initially aiming for 15-20TB, which is still my goal. Thanks for any feedback
  10. Electric trains in my area have a single outlet under the disabled seat, I believe it's designed for electrical wheelchairs etc, it's hidden and not to be used for normal stuff.
  11. I thought the idea is that it's one of the overclock limitation indicators, I thought it indicated that the card was not being utilised, hence not limited by volts, power, temp etc. But, I'm not sure, I just hope that's what it is.

  13. That's what I was hoping. I think if I put white fluid in my system it could still look blue/red/green when I change the lighting (I have a remote from the icemodz kit I got)
  14. Thanks all PS Your build is really nice. Do you know hoow it looks in coloured lights? I'm considering putting EK pastel white fluid in my build, but I'm not sure if I could still 'change the colour of it'
