  2. Yes other pcs and smartphones can connect without problems. Yes I used Total Security. My speed and latency is all right 15 ms to my closest server. Also my system clock works correctly. I have used both https and http but no difference. Also I really want to say thank you for spending for much time to help me solve this problem, I really appreciate it.
  3. The scan didn't find anything. I did all of them in the order you said but still, the problem is still there. I seriously think this computer has a problem. I cannot understand what though.

  6. It gives me a bunch of registries from the system, that have 'dns' inside their name

  8. After doing this it worked, I was able to access the website but after clicking on something inside the website the same problem occurred
