  1. Currently I own a ZTE Zmax Pro, terrible phone. The next phone I'm going to buy though will be the Moto E4 Plus. Perfect phone and fits all of my needs. - 5.5" 720p screen, IPS and gets bright af which I like - 5000mAh battery, crucial for me - Snapdragon 427 / 2gb ram / 16gb storage, perfect specs for a non-gamer internet browser and youtuber watcher like me! - Fingerprint sensor with moto's gestures, hell yeah - 13mp / 5mp camera, better than you'd think quality so yay, both have flash - Front firing speaker, yay - 179.99 and can go on sale for much cheaper. Perfect phone for me!
  2. It's both your CPU and GPU, and low amount of ram. An i5 480m, at 2.9ghz is a really weak processor. Since it's a laptop, it's most likely constantly throttling as well. The Mobile 5730 1gb card is just terrible. Modern Intel integrated graphics from the Celeron and Pentium lineup have more horsepower than it. For the games you're playing, 6gb of ram simply will not cut it. You'll want at least 8gb for gaming. All in all, you're going to want to just buy a new system. Your current specifications are extremely weak and won't cut it for gaming.
  3. Man I want either one or both of these but I'm broke af D: Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro L and Azio MGK1-K btw, would prefer the Azio but I'm BROKE
  4. o alright so it's basically a no no
  5. Also outta curiosity, is it fine to replace PSU fans or is that like a big no no
  6. I looked for the context of the asterisks in the OP but I couldn't find it so I made a post asking thx tho bb
  7. Ooooooooohhh alright that makes sense, lmao Thanks
  8. Out of curiosity, what do the little "***" asterisks mean at the end of certain power supplies?
  9. It's not a factor unless you're doing high refresh rate (over 60hz) gaming and or 4K gaming.
  10. The Ryzen 5 1600 is better, due to it being cheaper and actually coming with the cooler. You can just overclock the 1600 to achieve 1600x performance.
  11. Your processor is the bottleneck, a huge bottleneck at that. You're going to need a new mobo and processor, and maybe ram too pretty much. It simply is not going to cut it whatsoever on modern titles. Also silly tip but it sometimes is a factor, be sure your HDMI / DP / DVI cable is plugged into the graphics card, not the motherboard.
  12. Alright that makes sense. I'd still like to spend enough on a PSU to be sure it'll last a really long time, since I don't really plan on upgrading the PSU at all pretty much, unless it goes bad
