@TopHatProductions115 I was replying to the idea of IBM having a "demise". Its PC division sure, it was struggling and there was a good reason IBM shed it. But IBM is still kicking. "demise" to me implies death, and that's not an accurate assessment

So I'm looking to pick up a used GTX 1070 for a project. What is a fair price for a used one? eBay seems to think it's around USD $250 but that seems... a little high. A 980 Ti would also be an option if it would be better value, so is it?
