apple is hands down the worst.
Credit card company declined cared becase over 10k in purchases where made this week. I did them all so I said it was me and got it fixed.
And now apple needs me to update my payment method. So I go to do it and it tells me to sign into my apple ID, I do and it says I can't use that account. So I make a new one using the email the used to track the order and I still can't.
And now to cancel the order I need to sign into an Apple account. But guess what? None are connected and no news ones I make connect.
Wtf apple. Why allow guest account checkout if you NEED an apple Id to track, cancel or update your order.
I will never shop with apple again and I'll be sure to abuse all thier Warrentys and shit. But my phone the week before my replacement plan is up just for a new one for free.

Eh? Apple aren't the only one who does this...
There are plenty of site I've been on where you have to create an account when you order (if you don't already have one) else you won't be able to manage the order.

The vape juice retialer I use lets you use a guest account and they just send you the shipment tracker via email and that's it's. You have a order number and case number if you need assistance. No need for an account.
Im saying if you need an account to even view the order then make the user need one from the get go. Don't allow an option that will be overturned soon as money leaves your account.

It should of made me aware I need to make an apple.accunt using the same exact email I used in the sign up. Becase that email belongs to an Apple account my sister owns. I talked to her and she will not let me sign into it.
So I guess I'll just buy an Android phone. Apple doesn't want my business it seems. I'll just say it was fraud charge and get the money back becase I can't cancel the order in any way shape or form
