shelton567 got a reaction from G97 in Is veryfast.io safe?
I would stay clear from that website, I've just had a good look and ran the software on a test bench. And I saw no difference expect from an increase in disk usage from trying to run this program.
It also probably had some viruses on it too etc, I'll edit this post if I come across any virus that I believe came from it.

I don't know your budget so I'll try give you a range of laptops:
This one is quite pricey but also very powerful and should run most AAA games and WoW at high settings and high FPS: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-InfinityEdge-Ultrabook-i7-6700HQ-Windows/dp/B018FSX9GA/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1499253136&sr=1-1
The cheaper brother of the last one but still very good:  https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-13-3-Inch-Ultrabook-Integrated-Professional/dp/B00T9RSZ9I/ref=sr_1_7?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1499253136&sr=1-7
This one is about the same price but from what I've heard a little better battery: https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-GL552VW-DM195T-i5-6300HQ-GTX960M-Backpack/dp/B01N21B4FP/ref=lp_12123675031_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1499257461&sr=1-1
This one is a much cheaper one but comes with the toll of having older specs, might not run AAA at good fps (maybe 30 at low settings maybe) but WoW should run fine: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-Inspiron-Laptop-Pentium-Windows/dp/B01N9OJEE3/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1499257538&sr=1-1&th=1
    A pretty standard laptop: https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-VivoBook-X540SA-XX345T-Notebook-Processor/dp/B01KLGDHSE/ref=sr_1_36?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1499257633&sr=1-36
I hope this helps, I don't know WoW that well and played it once a very long time ago, so I'm not very certain on what you need to run it but from what the internet says but I always find that to be wrong a little.

EDIT: Now that you've said your budget I would recommend something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-G752VS-GC054T-i7-6820HK-Storage-Backpack/dp/B01JIS78PY/ref=lp_12121689031_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1499257846&sr=1-1 It's a very very powerful laptop.

Have in mind that if you get another monitor you won't be able to play games in a windowed/borderless mode when using G-Sync as there are issues if the other monitor has lower refresh rate than your G-Sync monitor whenever you play any video/animation on it.
    FullScreen is fine.
