I have, it does not show up on For Honor or The Turing Test. It does work on: The Sims 3 Final Fantasy VII Portal Portal 2 Left 4 Dead 2 Maybe these games are too new?? Yes, and yes again.
-
This game has the option to play it normally or in DX12, I've tried both.
-
Just downloaded FRAPS. It works great on one game, but not at all on another. For specifics: Works fine on Final Fantasy VII, does not display at all on The Turing Test. These are the only two games I've tried before writing this. Version: 3.5.99 Build: 15623 Overlay is checked on the top left corner. Even setup a different Hotkey, doesn't toggle. Thanks in advance.

Honestly for my first water cooling setup that I'll be doing I've been thinking about getting this. Makes life simple and relatively straight forward.

I ran a cable through the house. Just went up from where it was to the attic, over to where it needed to drop, then went down. Takes some time, but it's directly wired. Not an alternative... but best IMO.

Kyle picked THIS ONE up for his LAN setup. I think that's like 270 Canadian.

No worries. Thanks for the PSU list. -
Portal Theme Gaming/Light Editing Station Plans

Well, I will admit I originally had a different case that showed off the PSU, so that's why I got the RGB one. With it being in a basement now it doesn't really matter anymore. So I'm open to suggestions. -

Even overclocked? I know the stock coolers that come with them are good. But you really think it's overkill? Also, why do you say a different power supply? Quality? Longevity? Or just personal preference from experience? Again, all input is greatly welcomed, I just need a little more than "get one". -
In the future I plan to build the woman and myself a Gaming rig that I can edit videos for my band on as well. Here are the forethought specs, let me know what you think. Note: ALL input is welcomed, just give me more than "because it's better" if you have a replacement suggestion. I will be overclocking (for the first time) and RGB is a must as I want to Orange and Blue the crap out of this thing. I also plan to do some vinyl on the outside to give it the Portal Wall appearance. Something like THIS. Let me know everyone! Budget: In the $1,500 range for the tower. Peripherals and monitor not selected yet. Let me know what you like! CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 Cooler: Celsius s24 Motherboard: Asus Prime x370 Pro (aura sync) Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB (2x8GB) (aura sync) Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB Storage: 1TB WD Black 7200rpm Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Strix (aura sync) Case: NZXT s340 - White Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 650w 80+ Gold Corsair RMx 550w 80+ Gold based on PSU Tier List shared here by Abdul201588. It's Tier 1 rather than Tier 2, still well over the wattage this system is expected to pull, and it's the same price. I find this forum is really amazing at that. I personally run 3x4TB WD Blacks in my Media Server. Temp wise they are well within spec. I guess it's courteous to say though that I have a Noctua NF-F12 blowing right on them pretty much. (Fractal Node 605 Case)

Quick google search came up with THIS.
-
Actually that would probably offset the cost of paying to get the BIOS updated anyway... Thanks a lot. Not sure how I overlooked this board.
-
This seems like a possible solution.

The B250 doesn't support RAID. The purchaser wants 2 1TB drives for data redundancy.
