    I really wouldn't recommend getting a fan controller.  If you're going for silence just get quiet fans.

    I'd suggest grabbing an after market CPU cooler when you can.
    Along with an SSD but this is a great system you'll have.

    That's not how it works. 
    DDR stands for double data rate. Single, double, triple, or even quad channel is just double. He has 1066 mhz ram.
