    Make sure everything is plugged in all the way, mainly on the psu. It doesn't sound like anything software related.

    I think you could very easily get away with a 500w unit instead of a 750w to save some money. Since you said you would be video editing, a r5 1600x would be much better than a r5.. Thermaltake 212 evo? I think you meant hyper 212 evo,
