  1. Update: I Called Gigabyte very unhappy about what was being done about my card. And Sure enough, I spoke with technical support and then spoke with customer service and was created a new RMA with a pre paid shipping label and instead of having to wait for repairs. They decided to replace the card with a new one. I just wanna thank everyone that tried to help me out the best that they could.
  2. Thanks for the help anyways. It really does suck
  3. I would have used DDU but I completely wiped my computer before getting the card back just for this and it still did the same thing
  4. Thanks for the help I am really great full
  5. its just odd honestly and I am hoping Gigabyte will take another look at it and actually fix the issue. if not, I am just going to have to figure out how to repair it myself or find a shop who can.
  6. It didn't work on the other computer as well. I also just tested lowering the power limit and did stop it from going black right away but as playing the game it will go black again. I also tested lowering the frames in cs:go to 150 and never had an issue but when I maxed the frames out it black screen/ But when I had the power limited lowered my computer reset again while I was trying to exit the game.
  7. I have tried different slots but I also tried a different computer all together. the other computer has a 650watt CXM Corsair so completely different all around
  8. I have an EVGA G1 750Watt 80+ Gold but I'll try it out.
  9. So to make a long story short, I RMA my card already and got it back not working. The reason why I RMA my card was because whenever I go into games my screen will glitch out and go black and sometimes come back on depending on what's happening on screen at the time. I have a i7 8700k Asus ROG Strix-H Mobo. Everything is running Stock. I have a Geforce GTX 1080ti gigabyte Gaming OC Black 11G Gigabyte stated they couldn't find anything wrong with the card and sent it back. I filled out their paper work showing what I had for my system and explain my issue. My card works just find when turning on the computer and just using google. But when I get into games My Screen will just go black randomly and sometimes my computer will just Reset for no reason. I tested old drivers and New drivers I put the card in a completely different computer and still the same thing. I have no where else to turn to and I am seeking some help.
  10. So for some reason when ever I hit an "x" amount of frames my computers display goes black and my pc either just reboots or just acts normal. I have a GTX 1080TI Gigabyte Gaming OC Black 11GB the system powering the card is a I7 8700k 16GB Ram PSU 750 Watt 80 Plus Gold. I have updated my drivers. I have completely uninstall my graphics card and reinstalled it. At first I thought it was a monitor issue but when I tried a different monitor my PC Rebooted. Heres a picture of my computer if it helps. Cs:go is the only game I can load into a game without my screen going black if my frames I locked to 144 instead of unlocked. But most of the time it just goes black. The other games I have tried are RainBow Six Siege, Black Ops 4, Fortnite, And League Of Legends. League I am able to play just fine with zero issues.
  11. I really appreciate it. I really liked how the build turn out. Just wished my monitor is working. I just order a new Display port cable too see if that's the issue.
  12. I am having some issues with Monitor. I have a MSI Optix G24C 144HZ. When ever I open either Cs:go or Rainbow Six or Black Ops 4 My monitor glitches out kinda like tearing and goes black. I am still able to hear game audio and I can still click and move around. But my display is off. And I know for a fact that its not a hardware issue because I have a triple Monitor set up and when they run the games they don't have this issue. If this helps at all this is my system specs. Intel i7 8700k (Stock) Asus Z370 ROG Strix-H 16GB G.skill Ram GTX 1080 ti Gigabyte OC Gaming (Stock) Corsair H100 V2 AIO Evga 750 Watt G1 Gold PSU I have a fairly High End system and I really don't understand why this is Going on. Anything would be of help Thanks.
  13. So this never really happen until now. I just recently built a new system and I am running a I7 8700k 16gb of ram, A gtx 1080ti Gigabyte and a Asus Rog Swift Z370-H. All Stock Settings. And whenever I go into say Black ops 4 or Rainbow Six siege and I change my display settings to my Main Monitor which is a MSI 24inch Curved 144HZ (Optix G24C) and turn the Refresh Rate to 144HZ. But when the setting change my screens Blacks out and I can't get a display. Monitor is still on and I can still move my mouse and hear the game sounds, I just can't see anything. But when I tab out, I get a display again. I am unsure what is causing the issue and would like some help.
  14. That's a good point. I just updated my drivers and I will see what will happen
  15. I have a triple monitor set up and everything works it just my GPU lighting where it says Gigabyte is turned off but all my fans are still on. I just don't get a display and the Gpu doesn't light back up. @mr moose
