    this could actaully be very dangerous, Lorries in the uk have a similair feature built in and it causes absolute havoc and everyone hates it might seem like a good idea on the surface but in practice it could cause a lot of accidents

    I have a major issue, i recently brought the poseidon 780 graphics card from eBay from a guy that seemed legit and gave me a very decent price for it (£230), he said that it was used and untested as he didn't have the equipment to do so i thought i would take the chance because i have had many good experiences with pc part sellers especially at this sorta price range with honesty and transparency. so my new computer that I'm building: i5 3570k gigabyte z77x ud5h 8GB crucial ram this works perfectly and posts when i turn it on however when i plug in the 780 with the power it doesnt even turn on, as soon as i touch the power button the fans start but cut out straight away asus wouldn't do anything as i didn't buy it from a register seller which is fair enough and the guy i brought it from is stating he listed it as untested which i don't believe for a second and doesnt want to refund me you guys are my last hope before i get eBay involved which is something i really don't wanna deal with "your my only hope"

    This is for people that are techy travelers that are a little bit of an apple fan that have a high end pc at home so when they are home it is a more heavy user friendly version of an iPad, so it is perfect for someone like me, however what it does lack is a SD card slot, think thats the minimum it should have. what i find impressive about it though is that it has a retina screen but the battery life is still 12 hours like my 13" air I'm prepared for a bit of hate about my opinion to

    thats a little to close for comfort, if the next president is a republican i see this issue coming back, sorry for being the pessimist guys but I'm still genuinely scared about the future of the internet, there are going to be even more surveillance laws passed and free speech rules are going to become repressed even more as long at there is still a hierarchy and money we are not well and truly free become educated about how the system works and its plan to see i know its a tech forum but sometimes different worlds collide

    i recently have and you are right, there are major flaws with those games, mainly AI i guess, but they are fun compared to what comes out these days which is just button mashing, skyrim was properly the last game i well and truly loved playing

    i dunno about you guys but i really cant enjoy computer games at the moment, i see absolutely no challenge and its just the same old shit being recycled time and time again. i miss command and conquer i miss stronghold i miss supreme commander i miss the orignal crysis the latest civ game was a huge disappointment the total war series is just a mess and you guys are going to hate me for this, but the only game i enjoy at the moment is FIFA hopefully star citizen can break this mold are any of you guys feeling the same way

    what i like: how it looks my perhiphal set up (although another screen would be nice) the cooling set up the storage system what I would like to improve CPU FX 6100 currently Graphics card hd 6950 2 GB currently a uni a student so can't really afford to upgrade but would love a nvidia 970 and i think I'm gunna wait till the next intel chips come out, then will get ddr4

    you cant win in star citizen tho, its a massive open world exploration game where you can do what ever you like, and the graphics actaully push a pc to its very limits, something we really havent seen since crysis 1

    Hello LTT Forum my current pc is a quite a few years old now and starting to think about starting to upgrade it, i haven't really got a budget yet but want to keep it to the same sort of level as my current hardware was when i first brought it, i think i will be rekitting out the whole cooling system and replacing all the fans to to make it ultra quiet, considering water cooling with a 120mm rad to. my main uses for my computer is university work, casual gaming but when i want to have it totally 1080p maxed out and have totally brought into star citizen so really wanna run that at max settings at 50-60 FPS standard currently have: AMD 6100 sapphire HD 6950 2GB 8GB ram at 1333MHZ thermaltake frio cpu cooler with corsair SP120 fans coolermaster scout 2 case (def keeping this case) thinking about getting intel i5, but i don't know which one bang for buck motherboard nvidia 970 anyone have any better suggestions, i think i want a change in cooler scheme to, any ideas, want it to be unique but suttle cheers any better suggestions

    Hello everyone im in the process off making a spreadsheet which is part of my first assignment in university (UK) and i have got a few questions that i was wondering if you guys would have any advice trying to solve, will do my best to explain them and will attach the files if i can 1) i have this set of dates that each fall between a certain season, i have created a function so that when you type in a date it will return what season its in but dont think its very efficient, has anyone got a better soluction to this. my function i wrote is under the photo function: =IF(AND(C18>=C13,C18<=D13),C12,IF(AND(C18>=C14,C18<=D14),C12,IF(AND(C18>=C15,C18<=D15),C12,IF(AND(C18>=E13,C18<=F13),E12,IF(AND(C18>=E14,C18<=F14),E12,IF(AND(C18>=E15,C18<=F15),E12,IF(AND(C18>=G13,C18<=H13),G12,IF(AND(C18>=G14,C18<=H14),G12,IF(AND(C18>=G15,C18<=H15),G12,"ERROR"))))))))) i then need to work out how to use the season information for each pricing as it changes depending, any help would be great. cheers
