So a while ago. i posted Q about replacing laptop cpu with desktop cpu. Im still interested And i get it that laptop cpus are with lower voltage and what not. My laptop always is plugged it. And battery is removed. But my question now is. Do i really have to find this socket (1356 FCBGA) cpu. or i can fit my FM2 Socket CPU. Witch is AMD ( quad core 3.2GHz). If not? Is it still possible to buy 6th gen i5 quad core cpu somewhere? This upgrade project just needs to serve me till i get my 15"macbook pro next year. Im also swapping HDD 1TB to SSD. 240GB Other info yu might be interested in. Any ideas or tips, for temporary upgrade?

I dont thing my laptop will be able to do that. But will try it. is it possible to make bootable USB stick and try it. Like linux does?? But when ever i close up to apple dock. taskbar appears anyway.

Cofee lake? FTW? From what i have heard. GPU don`t do much Premiere. + i dont think that im in need for 6gb gpu at the moment. 4GB will be just fine. As i menioned. gaming on this pc will not be main tasks. Gaming will maby happen once in 2 weeks. Im just a beginner on Premiere. I stll need to learn bunch of stuff before i get super high end PC. And talking about CPU. I am in AMD family. Will not betray it

Sorry. but i will sill go Ryzen build. + W10 Home doesnt seem tat is using all the power as Pro does. Will stick with pro. Even now on my 2 laptops and Desktop pc i have setup w10 Pro.

So here is the build of mine. On UK PC Partpicker. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/JDsm8Y I tried Cooler Maser evo 212. But it sayed that it was not straight compatable with the board im going. So instead f getting extra cables (adaptor) i went with different cooler.

1) I will not keep my footages ON PC. I have external HDD 8tb. 2) Cooler. Ill look at it. 3) in RAM buying. If i will have another 100GPB ill get second ramstick. If not. ill add later. 4) oops. i ment Powersupply

Hey yall. Im building my new desktop PC with parts listed below. How do you think. Will i be able to overclock it. And should i get m.2 ssd 12gb for OS or just a normal SSD?
