it is a very good browser. if you use your Microsoft account for all your stuff it's great. i don't, so i stick with chrome, also becuase the Mac version of Edge is kinda meh compared to the Windows version. 

I feel like the main difference between edge and chrome is how well they integrate with Microsoft and Google's services respectively. At this point there really isn't a difference performance-wise. For me, I rely much more heavily on Google's ecosystem, so chrome is the better choice. I'm personally not a huge fan of Microsoft's app ecosystem.
