  1. I was using Sibelius for the first time in a few months and it just started crashing randomly on me. I checked the event viewer and it looks like I have a ntdll.dll error which is isolated to Sibelius. I reinstalled the program already and checked for drive errors. I've tried to search for the faulting process ID and the exception code but they both didn't yield many results. I'm still not sure if it could be caused with a driver conflict or something like that. Faulting application name: Sibelius.exe, version: 7.5.0.164, time stamp: 0x530d2f64 Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.17134.799, time stamp: 0x7f828745 Exception code: 0xc0000374 Fault offset: 0x00000000000f479b Faulting process ID: 0x44fc Faulting application start time: 0x01d5424705bc95c0 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Avid\Sibelius 7.5\Sibelius.exe Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll Report ID: 973640d7-af4e-4f56-8eea-85bcc6d1926f Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: Edit: some additional things I have tried: - Compatibility mode Windows 8 - Clean boot environment minus f.lux
  2. I already have a low-end setup. Is the upgrade worth it from an SMSL 793ii?
  3. I'm out doing some research for a future audio setup and I stumbled across the Magni 3 and Modi Multibit as well as the Asgard 2 and Bifrost. The Asgard and Bifrost both cost a few hundred more than the basic Modi and Magni combo but do they offer a large enough difference in sound quality?
  4. Yeah, the iGPU works fine and I've checked the cables. It might be the PSU but it's supplying all my other components perfectly.
  5. I don't have another system and I have an RM650x.
  6. I don't have or run FS as a benchmark but Heaven and Valley both crash compared to before when i got 40-70
  7. I don't have a different system to run it on but I have reinstalled drivers and I've also done a reinstall of windows.
  8. Hello guys, Last night, I had a power outage and when the power came back on, my GPU started acting strangely. I used to be able to run War Thunder on maximum settings at a stable 100 FPS but now it crashes and lowers texture quality due to VRAM issues. The FPS has also gone down drastically too. My GPU is a GTX 980 and it was overclocked and over volted at the time of the breakage. Is it fixable? PS: I've already isolated this problem to the GPU by running a suite of tests.
  9. I've really had enough of Intel. Bring more market share to AMD and in the long run, Intel will make more competitive CPUs that run faster and cost less.
  10. Yeah, I'm doing custom cooling so yeah... The wraith would serve as a good mantle piece though.
  11. In a few months I'll be upgrading to the AM4 platform. I have set my sights on two particular CPUs, the 1700x and the 1700. Both look great with price and performance but does the 1700x warrant the extra money to get a slightly better binned chip? I'm going to be doing some light overclocking to get the best performance out of my chip but which one should I get? Is the chance of my 1700x OCing to 4Ghz outweighing the money saved purchasing the 1700?
