    I used the http://www.overclock.net/t/1156654/seans-windows-7-install-optimization-guide-for-ssds-hdds guide i found on overclock to optimize, so i disabled the defrag and enabled trim yeah .

    Hi everyone
     
    thanks to this forum ive finally decided to upgrade my rig with an ssd ( and  a seperate wd green 2tb). I bought a samsung 840 evo 250gig ssd and did a fresh W7 install and after some optimizations i can safely say:
    this is THE BEST UPGRADE MONEY CAN BUY AT THIS POINT. By FAR. it completely removes all feelings of lagg/pauses and it just makes using a pc so so enjoyable.
     
    thank you guys for the help and if anyone is doubting what to upgrade, buy an ssd
