  1. I've haven't bought a physical DVD for a PC game since about 3 years ago, but considering that GTA 5 is 65 Gb, and I actually love the fact that the physical PC version is 7 DVDs each with individual artwork, I'm leaning towards the physical format. An added advantage would be able to lend it to my friends so we can get in on heists together, but I assume that this may not be allowed, or prevented through CD keys. Can someone please clarify if I can do this or not
  2. Jim Sterling would be cool
  3. The key to happiness in life is low expectations
  4. I would love to see Jim Sterling
  5. I have a card reader, with a 4gb sd card that I use as like a USB. However, I'm now suddenly unable to access the files off the drive. The computer sort of recognizes it, as a hear a sound when i plug it in, and remove it but it fails to show up in file explorer(it used to show up as removable disk F:). Also, in device manager, it also shows up but the option for browing files off the drive isn't allowed and doesn't work. Any ideas?
  6. So it seems the consencus is that i don't need standoffs, since the raised holes act as biult in standoffs. Thanks for helping me guys
  7. yeah, the pic is there now, sorry about that
  8. My case didn't come with any of those bass bolts or standoffs I normally see. It does have raised holes where the motherboard screws should be placed (see pic below) . So basically do i need standoffs, or is it okay just to screw in the motherboard to the raised holes. Thank you
  9. I am in the process of a really tight budget, simple build. I have a choice between 2x2 Gb DDR3 dimms or a 4Gb DDR3 dimm. The latter choice is slightly less expensive. The system itself is an AMD based system with a athlon dual core. So would I see any noticeable improvement in running of basic programs and some games
  10. Has to be the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. This was practically my first game ever, which was on the Nintendo 64 when I was like 5. Played it on and off for the next 7 years, with my cousins. Fishing probably took up most of our time though, Loved every minute of it
  11. I primarily used a vga input to my monitor. However, just out of curiosity and having been told that digital input (particularly in the form of dvi) offers better quality picture, I tried this. However, I found the difference to be indiscernable. What I'm wondering is whether there is supposed a noticeable difference or not.

  13. I had this question for a while now, and I just would like to know if this is a viable option of career. I'm soon going to start my last year of secondary school/ high school and have got to make a decision of what i would study in university. I figured this could be a good place to ask Oh yeah, and whats the difference between IT and computer science at tertiary level. I've gotten a lot of varying answers on this and would also like to know precisely what is the difference, and if the career options are also different.
  14. I have to say Assassin's Creed 3. I just thought Connor wasn't that great as a character, the free-running didn't gel well with the underdeveloped environments, and the ending was crap.
