  1. But they'll probably decrease when the next gen GPUS drop
  2. Idk if I'm gonna sound ignorant right now but when I made my first PC I didn't really see anybody choose AMD unless they were making a relatively budget build. Is this not the case anymore? Because your build is only about $30 cheaper if I change the PSU to the one you selected and subtract the cost of the 1060. Also, the single 8GB stick allows me to go back for another stick if I really need it.
  3. Probably a 1070, depending on the pricing in a few months. Also, I got a single stick of 8GB to allow for 16GB in the future if it's necessary, but I doubt it will be.
  4. What's wrong with the build I put together (besides the lack of a GPU atm)? Also, this is a build for a friend so nothing will be reused.
  5. I plan to get a GPU in the near future
  6. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Ashkarn/saved/FQxD8d I was wondering if this part list was good for around a ~1k USD pc. I plan to run off integrated graphics for now and buy a GPU when prices lower.
  7. Okay, thanks. Do you think it's better to wait for discrete GPUs to come down in price or should I just pull the trigger with the 1050Ti
  8. Why hard pass on the intel cpu and how well will the 1050Ti perform with games like Fortnite?
  9. So the budget for this build would be around $800 USD. I'm willing to go higher as long as doing so is best in terms of bang for buck. This PC would be used for general web browsing, schoolwork, and games like Fortnite, CS:GO, maybe GTA as well. I need a monitor (probably should just be 1080p 60hz) included in this build. Peripherals and Windows do not need to be included. I would prefer: - SSD boot drive (240GB if possible) - Case that is easy to build in and clean - Air cooler - Intel i5 CPU - Nvidia GPU Thank you in advance!
  10. So the budget for this build would be around $600-$750 USD. I'm willing to go higher as long as doing so is best in terms of bang for buck. This PC would be used for general web browsing, schoolwork, and games like Fortnite, CS:GO, maybe GTA as well. I do need a monitor (probably should just be 1080p 60hz) included in this build, but for peripherals I'll just buy some cheap Logitech stuff, so that doesn't matter. The cost of Windows doesn't need to be included in this. One thing I'd like to have is an SSD boot drive, preferably at least 256GB if possible. I'd like the case to be easy to build in and easy to clean regularly. I prefer to have an air cooler for the CPU over an AIO solution. Thank you in advance!
  11. New Blade 14 because I'd rather have the dedicated gpu than a 4k screen, no matter how beautiful it is
  12. It seems like their stock started shooting up right around when they announced they would be taking a break from Assassin's Creed this year to 're-examine' the series.
  13. Earlier it was just a rumor by a 'developer' on 4chan. As for Watch Dogs 2, Ubisoft hasn't said much other than that it will launch before April 2017.
  14. I really hope it comes back better than ever.
  15. How'd they copy the iPhone 5SE before it's announced?
  16. Yeah but all the data is permanently wiped as well. There should be a way for at least Apple themselves to recover the data because it's kind of messed up.
  17. Oh, I took it as they had a OnePlus 2 invite but weren't sure if they should buy it. I would go with a Nexus 5X.
  18. I don't know why it makes me think of a popcorn bag.
  19. Oh, this one was actually me about 3 years ago. My old HP prebuilt PC broke down after about 6 years and it was sitting around for a long time. One day, I finally decided to take out the hard drive so we could throw out the system. I didn't know what anything was. I took out the optical drive, saw 'storage' written somewhere on it in small font and decided that was the hard drive. The PC sat around with the actual hard drive in it for another couple days until it was thrown out. I constantly kept saying we should get all of our data off that 'hard drive'. When I realized my mistake about 6 months later, I just shut up about it and everybody seems to have forgotten about it. We had so much shit on that hard drive.
  20. To be fair, Musk said the same thing would probably have happened if it landed on land. The only problem was a mechanical failure. It did land, it just couldn't stay standing up.
  21. I wish they would do it because then Google might get more aggressive with Fiber.
