    Well, i did some research on google , turns out after i turn off fast startup setting in power option, it fixed the problem

    I finally fix it... I did it by using a software call ThrottleStop, and i unmark the BD PROCHOT(btw, i dont know what it is) n stress test,cpu constantly around 3.1ghz
