    take everything apart, then reinstall CPU, and only one stick of ram, attach 24 pin motherboard connector, and 8pin EPS, or 4 pin ATX cables onto the motherboard then boot the system...

    i included the above mobo for aesthetics and extra features that the board provides, if you donot want a z170 mobo then you can add a h110 mobo for $75

    3770K is way more powerful than the GTX 950... you need to chnge that GPU rest of the setup looks quiet decent

    Which driver version you r using...? and if you r using the latest WHQL driver i.e 320.49 try the 326.80 BETA drivers....
