    well, if yer going to unplugg it everytime yer going to stress the computer, is there really a point in having the fan?
     
    check the BIOS, should be under fan profiles when in EZ mode

    nope, it goes near 80% average and says near 60c

    Recently got a new rx 480 and re installed windows 10 along with just my games. I have an i5 2500k and 16gb of ram.
     
    This is what some textures look like:

     
    It is like this on all graphics settings low to ultra and i  have tried everything basic but nothing has fixed it. Thanks in advance if anyone knows whats going on here.

    USB must be formated to FAT32.
    Put cap file in USB only. No zip or nothing else.
