Restoring an old iphone 3g
Papayatheenthusiast replied to Papayatheenthusiast's topic in Mobile Gaming
the phone isn't mine a friend of mine gave it to me to reset it (he isn't that good when it comes to tech). He wants to give it to his kid and doesn't want to spend money. -
I have an old iPhone 3g that worked about 3 days ago, but when I went to the setting to reset it to factory settings it just went crazy. Before I clicked ,,erase iPhone,, it warned me about my files and that the process might last an hour (pretty normal so far). When it started there was the apple logo and a progress bar. The bar filled up but the logo stayed and it doesn't go away. I tried waiting for the battery to die but when I put the phone to charge the logo comes back again. Then I tried going into restore mode with iTunes, but the computer doesn't see the phone at all. Help please.

So I recently got a DNS-327L network attached storage and I want to make it so that i can stream videos from it to my TV (Philips 55PFL7008k/12). Also both the TV and NAS support DLNA. Any help is highly apreciated.

A simple surround system using a laptop

update I fond an old home theatre system and I don't know how to connect it to my laptop. it has a red and a white rca audio in connectors and I have a 3.5mm to red, white and yellow rca adapter. connecting it that way results in front left, surround left and subwoofer working when I play something on my laptop.however when I press test sound button all of them work. btw the model of the home theatre system is Samsung ht-p10.also sorry for the bad pics -

What software exactly? -
So I have a laptop and a set of simple speakers that have an aux cord for sound and a USB cord for power and an idea occurred to me. Is there a way to use both laptop speakers and individual speakers in a surround setup. I have found out how to use them in the same time but its not quite an immersing experience. Note that I'm no audio professional nor audiophile. Thanks.
