  1. Holy Stromboli the rate of replies is crazy thanks you all c:
  2. Recently, two of my friends came up to me and asked me to help them construct 800$ PC That struck balance between looking slick while also preforming admirably. (at 1080p, that is.) I found that doing this proved a tad difficult, unknowing if it had to do with something with my design tastes and so forth. So I decided to swing by here to see if you lovely people could whip up PCPartPicker lists to help me out, it'd really be appreciated! Thanks, Mega
  3. I'll be sure to do this after removing my gpu. thanks. Edit: I wouldn't be holding my breath for an update as I'll be a bit busy today
  4. yeah, it's an apu. That's what I kind of suspect, because by far that's the oldest part in my system. I'll reply as soon as I get around to doing this.

  6. So I've been getting these crashes lately and I don't have as much knowledge in the troubleshooting department then I do raw parts an' stuff. These are not two consecutive images. These are two separate crashes. Sometimes even it'll just stop where its at, playing the last milisecond of whatever was last heard over and over like a creepy audio edit.
  7. I'm not really concerned with mass storage on an SSD. Its intention is only to hold the operating system and a minuscule amount of programs, no more.
  8. I look at this and think "This is fantastic, cheaper and with more features" but I'm in conflict with myself over the monitor. I already own a decent 1080p monitor, and I was heart set on giving ultra wide a chance, especially as the one in my build supported free-sync, something I've been longing for a long time. But the i7 is also super compelling. Thanks for this! (No sarcasm intended )
  9. This is a rough draft of a pc that is long from becoming reality. Just wanted to know how this initial load-out of parts could be improved while still maintaining a $15560 price tag. 10. I automatically recommend the MasterCase Pro 5. I'm not sure if this is too 'look I'm a gamer' for you but it's build around modularity to fit any kind of build.
  11. I just wanted to drop by and say that your profile picture is amazing 10/10 :D

    1. Frosty

Thank you! :3 Asgore is the best.

  12. I dabbled with Pure Nexus, it's pretty awesome. What are you looking for in a rom, @flameprincess2000? Because if you're just looking for a quick reliable experience I'd stick with stock, but I've been running the N Preview since it's been conceived and have had 0 problems of it as a daily driver. Not totally recommended if small bugs, well, bug you.
  13. I'm really partial to the Phanteks Eclipse P400s. You didn't specify if you prefer full or mid tower cases, in which this is a mid tower. It has 2 usb 3.0 ports in the front. Looking at your motherboard it seems to me that you also have 2 on your rear I/O, leaving you with 4 if you went with this case. It also comes in a Silent Edition that comes with sound dampening material if that's more your style.
  14. I personally am a person who admires function over form. My case can look eh at best but if It provides easy building, durability, high air flow, I'm a happy camper. I was just wondering what the general consensus was on this subject. For me, anyways, a perfect example of a case that meets both form and function hand in hand extremely well is the Coolermaster MasterCase Pro 5.
  15. That's disappointing, really. @J-Spark + Another reason dual graphics is really spotty is because the game would require a Crossfire profile, which some games don't support. This would leave you likely relying on the discrete gpu to push the game. I always have kinda steered clear of the concept of Crossfire/Dual Graphics because along with the lack of support from many games, most of the games that do support it don't really implement it well, a lot of the time this can leave your game to be pretty unstable, choppy, and stuttering.
